How long does a custom project typically take?
Production times vary by complexity. Simple personalised gifts usually take 10–14 business days, while complex sculptures or large corporate orders can take 4–8 weeks. We will provide a specific estimate with your quote.
Do you require a deposit before starting work?
Yes, for all custom commissions, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your place in our studio schedule and cover initial material costs. The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch.
Can I request revisions to the design?
Our process includes one round of design adjustments during the concept phase. Significant changes requested after material preparation or production has begun may incur additional fees.
What materials do you use for custom pieces?
We primarily work with high-grade optical crystal and artisanal glass. We can also integrate natural New Zealand elements like stone or timber for bases upon request.
Do you offer rush services for urgent requests?
Depending on our current studio workload, we may be able to expedite production for an additional fee. Please indicate your required date clearly in the enquiry form.
