You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our Wellington studio, allowing you to monitor its journey.
Delivery Estimates
South Island: 1–3 business days. North Island: 3–5 business days. Rural addresses may require additional time.
Special Handling
Large-scale sculptures or highly fragile installations are handled by specialist art couriers to ensure absolute safety.

How do I place an order?
You can enquire about specific pieces using the Product Enquiry form. Once availability is confirmed, we will send you a secure payment link or invoice to finalize your order.
Are all your products available online?
Our website showcases our current collections and signature pieces. Some limited editions or one-off sculptures may only be available through direct studio enquiry.
How long do custom commissions take?
Typically, custom design projects require 4–8 weeks depending on complexity, material selection, and current studio schedule. We will provide a specific timeframe during the concept phase.
Can you personalize existing collection pieces?
Yes, many of our glass and crystal pieces can be personalized with professional engraving. This usually adds 5–7 business days to the dispatch time.
What happens if a piece arrives damaged?
While extremely rare due to our packaging standards, if a piece is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. we will arrange an immediate replacement or repair.
How should I care for my crystal art?
We recommend using a soft, lint-free cloth for dusting. Avoid abrasive cleaners or sudden temperature changes. A full care guide is included with every purchase.
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
