Cleaning Instructions
Use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth to gently remove dust. For deeper cleaning, use lukewarm water with a drop of mild, pH-neutral soap. Always dry immediately with a fresh cloth to prevent water spots.
Warning: Never use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or ammonia-based sprays as they can permanently etch the surface.
Safe Handling
Always lift glass and crystal objects from their base with both hands. Avoid wearing rings or jewelry that could scratch the surface during handling. For larger sculptures, we recommend wearing cotton gloves to prevent oil transfer.
Ideal Environment
Display your piece on a stable, level surface away from high-traffic edges. Avoid sudden temperature changes (such as placing near heating vents or in direct sunlight for extended periods) which can cause thermal stress.
Can I put my glass bowl in the dishwasher?
No. The intense heat and abrasive detergents in dishwashers can cause clouding and micro-fractures. Hand-washing is essential for all SnowCrystalStudio pieces.
What should I do if my piece gets a small chip?
Please contact the studio directly. Depending on the size and location of the chip, our glass artists may be able to re-grind and polish the area to restore its finish.
